If you wish to apply for membership of Sleaford Golf Club please complete the online application form below. You will be required to complete your submission by forwarding a minimum deposit of £50* to the Club Management (details will be presented to you on screen once you have complete the form) and this will be deduced from your total membership fee once your membership has been approved.

*    NOTE – For special membership offers, eg, 16 months for the price of 12 months membership,  a larger deposit of up to £150.00 may be required for applicants who wish to pay their annual subscriptions by monthly Direct Debit payments
