If you wish to apply for membership of Sleaford Golf Club please complete the online application form below. You will be required to complete your subission by forwarding a deposit of £50 to the Club Management (details will be presented to you on screen once you have complete the form) and this will be deduced from your total membership fee once your membership has been approved.
